Perspective shift – Truth Seekers

“Then you will know the Truth, and the Truth will set you free.” John 8:32 (NIV)

Truth is humbling and can be difficult to face in ourselves. It can be very painful, but it has the capacity to shift your entire axis and change the very core of your being. However, it is in this basic understanding that the real journey of transformation begins. Where do you find Truth? Jesus Christ is the ONLY Way TRUTH and Life.

Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." John 14:6 New International Version (NIV)

Jesus wants an honest, loving, full relationship with you. This will require a new level of intimacy with Him. In this new relationship, you will experience, the peace and joy HE conquered death to provide!

Please be reminded that, “The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.” John 10:10 King James Version (KJV)

The truth may be hard and painful but, in the end, brings life.

“Truthful lips endure forever, but a lying tongue lasts only a moment.” Proverbs 12:19 (ESV)

Lies may seem to temporarily smooth a situation, save your pride, or get you what you want. But let’s have a reality check, and not deceive ourselves my friends. Lies will, in the end, kill, steal, and destroy, things like trust, reputation, and families. Entire nations have crumbled under the weight of lies. A house divided cannot stand. This faith journey is REAL LIFE. It is NOT a magic wand, or fairy tale fix. It’s a lifelong commitment and process. “Being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.” Philippians 1:6 New International Version (NIV)

Friends, be courageous, be truth seekers, seek life in Christ Jesus
